Refund of the remaining Bolts

Do you have any leftover Bolts on you wristband that you want to refund? More information in the article >>>

If you have any Bolts left on your cashless account, you can request their return to your bank account under the following conditions:

  • The minimum refundable amount is 2 Bolts + 1 Bolt refund fee (you cannot claim a refund for accounts with a balance less than 3 Bolts). For all refunds, 1 Bolt per refund is charged.
  • In case of incorrect information being entered as part of the refund request and the need to reissue the payment, one-time fee of 2 Bolts will be charged. Please be careful about the correctness of the entered data.
  • 2 Bolts gained as a bonus from online charging of 65 Bolts and more are non-refundable.

 

HOW TO PROCEED:

  • I recharged Bolts ONLY ONLINE through my cashless account:
    • Bolts recharged within your cashless account at https://letitroll.pay.intellifest.com will be returned AUTOMATICALLY to your account within 15 business days of the end of the festival if the account meets the minimum amount of the balance. You do not have to do anything for it.

(However, if you have charged money through your online account before the festival and then recharged at the Top Up station during the festival, you must apply for a refund at the site mentioned above.)

 

  • I charged Bolts (also) at the TOP UP station during the festival (using cash or card):
    • Funds charged using cash or card at the festival must be submitted at the latest by August 31, 2017 via the form "Refunds" at https://letitroll.pay.intellifest.com. Funds will be credited to a bank account within 15 business days if the account meets the minimum amount of the balance.
    • HOW TO PROCEED:
      • I have my cashless account and I have it connected to my bracelet >>> Log in to your cashless account and make sure you have a sufficient balance to refund. If you have more than 3 Bolts, click on the Refund tab in the top menu and fill in the form.
      • I do not have a cashless account >>> Sign up at https://letitroll.pay.intellifest.com and enter the number of your bracelet (not ticket!) that you can find on the back of the bracelet / chip (just roll off the tape. The shorter number is the Security code and the longer is the so-called UID code. Once you've set up your cashless account paired with your bracelet number, make sure you have a sufficient balance to refund.  If you have more than 3 Bolts, click on the Refund tab in the top menu and fill in the form.
