Each visitor enters their name when purchasing a ticket. However, name checking on entry against ID will not be performed for this particular event. But the age will still be checked. Entry to the event will only be allowed to visitors over the age of 18.

Tickets for this event are non-refundable. If for any reason you cannot attend the event, it is possible to sell the ticket. However, we recommend that you always use only official advance sales to avoid buying fake tickets. We are not responsible for the authenticity of tickets purchased outside of our website.

Visitors who present their ZTP/P (or 3rd degree of disability) card and a ticket to the event are allowed to bring their assistant for free. This exemption does not apply to holders of a Disabled Persons Ticket (or Disability Level II).

You can pay by credit card or cash at the event. 

To prevent the distribution of fake tickets, your tickets will be sent to you by email and will be available in your account 14 days before the start of the festival. If you can't find the tickets, don't forget to go through all the folders in your mailbox. If you can't find your ticket there either, contact us via messages on FB, ig or email info@beatworx.cz.

In case you will get hungry, there will be an option to grab something to eat in our food stall. 

If you want to wear the LET IT ROLL brand, you can buy a piece (or two) of our merchandise there.

The cloakroom where you can store your jackets and luggage will be available as well.

After leaving the area, the ticket become in valid and it is not possible to enter again. The smoking area will be located in front of the entrance to the hall and you can spend

If you would not feel safe,for any reason, or you will witness inappropriate behavior, do not hesitate to contact our security, bartenders or contact us directly via LIR FB/ig messages.
