Purchase of Ticket In Installments

Gives you the option to purchase your ticket according to the following Payment Plan: 

Choose the installment option when you buy your tickets at the check out (installments are aplied to any ticket, including services, with a minimum value of 60 EUR) in equal monthly payments. The installments will be charged automatically and you will always receive the info by e-mail. No interest, no fees.

You have the option to pay in 4 monthly installments until the end of Feburary 2024. From March 1, 2024, installments will be reduced to 3; from April 1, 2024, the installments will be reduced to 2; from May 31, 2024, the installment sale will be terminated.

The system and payment terms - TICKET IN INSTALLMENTS:

The total amount the customer pays in installments corresponds to the offer price of the Ticket in installments. There are no other fees. 

The Ticket In Installments paid for properly and on time according to the Payment Plan allows the visitor to access the music area of LET IT ROLL 2024 and is equivalent to the Standard Festival Ticket.

The first installment will be charged to your credit or debit card immediately upon purchase of the ticket. Each following installment will be charged monthly to your credit or debit card according to the Payment Plan.

The terms and conditions of Payment Plan and additional information:

After the first installment gets successfully processed, the following installments will be charged to the card stored according to the Payment Plan. In case any payment gets rejected, we will try to process the payment again. In case of another rejection you will get an automatic e-mail notice and the system will try to process the payment two more times (in weekly intervals). If all 3 attempts to process the payment fail, your Payment Plan will get cancelled automatically within 24 hours after the third failed attempt. In this case, you will be contacted with a request to provide an alternative payment card in your customer account and you will be called for payment of the remaining balance. Any alternative payment card must belong to the original customer and has to be issued in his/her/their name. If there will be no alternative payment card provided within 5 days of the original due date, your Ticket In Installments becomes invalid. Also in case a payment is not made within 10 days of a due date of any installment, the Ticket In Installments becomes invalid and the transaction gets cancelled.

The transaction will be finalized only once all payments of all the installment and fees are made properly and on time, and the total amount owed is paid in full. All successful payments (including the service fees) are non-refundable, therefore won’t be refunded in case of a cancelled transaction.

The Ticket In Installments can’t be transferred, refunded or exchanged.

It is not possible to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of tickets within fourteen days, as this is a contract that belongs to the exceptions where it is not possible to use the right to withdraw (according to § 1837 letter j) of the Civil Code).

The purchase of tickets is governed by the Civil Code and the law of the Czech Republic.
