Tickets can be purchased exclusively at Ticketportal or Ticketmaster. We cannot accept responsibility for any tickets purchased from other sources.

Please ensure that the name on the ticket matches the name on your visitor ID, as these will be checked on entry to the event.

NAME CHANGE

You can change the name on your Ticketmaster ticket using the contact form for a fee of 150 CZK. 

Changing the name on a Ticketportal ticket is possible only through the online account of the original ticket holder for a fee of 150 CZK. This option will be available from 6 January 2025 to 6 February 2025.

It is not possible to change the name on combo tickets.

Tickets cannot be returned or refunded. 

Please note that on-site name changes are subject to the rules of Ticketportal, Ticketmaster and O2 universum. We cannot guarantee that such changes can be made. 

TICKETSWAP

Ticketportal provides a secureswap service, which allows you to securely resell your ticket on the Ticketswap.com website. During this transaction, the original ticket is invalidated and a new ticket is generated. A name change is part of the resale. 

Ticketmaster does not allow this service, so we do not recommend using Ticketswap for these tickets. We are not responsible for any problems associated with ticket resale.
