This section contains frequently-asked questions on various topics.

BASIC INFO

The LET IT ROLL 2024 festival will traditionally take place in Milovice from 1st to 4th August 2024. There will be 3 official festival nights - Thursday, Friday and Saturday. On Wednesday 31st July 2024 there will be a warm-up party, where one of the headliners will perform. So we recommend that you arrive on Wednesday afternoon, the camping area will open at 4pm. On Sunday you must leave the site by noon. 

Each visitor has to be at least 18 years old when entering the festival with no exceptions. 

Check-in and arrival at the campsite
The festival gates will open at 16:00 on Wednesday 31 July and visitors must leave the site at 12:00 on Sunday.

During this time, it is possible to check in at the entrance at any time (you can get your festival wristband non-stop). The same applies to campsites, including Tent Inns or Bell Tents.

All our LET IT ROLL events are accessible from the age of 18 and there are no exceptions. 

You will need an ID (or other photo ID) with you to prove your identity during the checking your name on the festival ticket. At the same time, we strongly recommend that all visitors carry an insurance card in case of medical treatment.

The schedule of individual performances, including the day activities could be found here. We recommend downloading the Woov app before the festival, where you can find the map and schedule, as well as lots more, be up to date and stay in touch with other Immortalz during the festival.

The Let It Roll Festival is cashless. All payments in the festival area are made via a cashless wristband, which you will receive upon entering the festival. At the Let It Roll festival, prices are listed in the festival currency. 1 BLT = 50 CZK. The wristband can be charged free of charge about 2 weeks before the festival at the link we will publish. A 50 CZK deposit will be deducted for the first charge if made on site. Unused funds will be refundable within 14 days after the festival. For complete information, please read it carefully on our website. 

We recommend downloading the Woov app before the festival, where you can find the map and schedule, as well as lots more, be up to date and stay in touch with other Immortalz during the festival.

You can find our new Let It Roll collection now on our e-shop. Of course, merchandise will also be available for purchase directly at the festival at the merchandise stall inside the music area, so be sure to stop by for a piece. At the merchandise stall, you can only pay with a cashless wristband or credit card. 

Taking photos and videos at the festival with cameras, camcorders and mobile phones is allowed. Recording with professional equipment is only possible with prior arrangement and approved accreditation. If you are interested in such accreditation, please contact petr.dunka@beatworx.cz. When using photos and recordings, it is always necessary to visibly mention where the footage was taken at. 

At the Infopoint/Customer Care on the runway you can get all the information about the festival, you can buy earplugs and 1,5l of water. Do not hesitate to ask if you are unclear about anything. They will also be collecting lost and founds there. If you have a serious problem with the organization of the festival, please report it to the information desk as soon as possible.

The Czech Republic Police would like to inform you that the below actions are against the law:

- Driving under the influence of alcohol / drugs - Possession of drugs for own use

- The making / distribution of drugs


The law in the Czech Republic has a zero tolerance for these crimes!

In case of conviction a financial fine of up to 50.000 CZK may be charged or you may be taken into Police custody!

In case of driving under influence, your driving license may be seized immediately and you are not allowed to continue your journey!

TICKETS

Tickets can only be purchased online on our website letitroll.eu. It is possible to pay by entering a payment card, using Google Pay and Apple Pay. To use Google Pay or Apple Pay, you must have an active card stored in these services and use the correct browser (Google Chrome or Safari).

The payment can also be divided into several deposits. The first deposit is paid when booking the ticket, subsequent deposits are deducted automatically in the coming months. All deposits must be paid in full. If no additional payment is made, the ticket will not be sent and deposits already paid are not refundable.

All tickets will be sent 14 days before the festival by email and will also be available in your online account at that time. 

Creating an account allows you to view all your bookings and reservations. You can download your tickets in PDF, view your deposit plan and update your card details.

It’s super easy: just choose the payment plan option when you buy your tickets at the check out and you can pay for any ticket, including services, with a minimum value of 60 EUR in equal monthly payments. The deposit will be charged automatically and you will always receive the info by e-mail. No interest, no fees.

You have the option to pay in 4 monthly deposits until the end of Feburary 2024. From March 1, 2024, deposits will be reduced to 3; from April 1, 2024, the deposits will be reduced to 2; from May 1, 2024, the deposit plan will be terminated. 

Your festival ticket will appear in your EASOL account 1 month before the festival and you will receive them via e-mail as well. 

Each visitor enters their name when purchasing a ticket. When entering the festival, it is essential that the name on the festival ticket matches the name on the visitor's valid ID. You can change your name online up to 14 days before the festival. To change your name, please send an email to info@beatworx.cz, where the name change will be made upon paying a fee of 7 EUR. Name changes will then also be possible on site for a fee of 13 EUR. NOTE: It is not possible to change names on Combo tickets. The name check applies only to festival tickets, including one-day tickets. It does not apply to campsites and other services.

Festival tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the festival for any reason, you can safely resell your ticket at Ticketswap.com. We use the secureswap service, which invalidates the original ticket and generates a new one with a new name. This service will be deactivated when the official resale is completed. It will still be possible to resell the ticket, however, the ticket remains the same and therefore it is necessary to change the name on it upon entry for a fee of 13 EUR and we are no longer responsible for its authenticity. For technical reasons it is not possible to resell Combo tickets. For Ravemates tickets, it is possible to resell only the whole bundle (ie. both tickets) or do the name change (in this case, contact us at info@beatworx.cz).

If you need to transfer your ticket to someone else and change the name on the ticket, contact us at info@beatworx.cz. Changing the name online is subject to a fee of 7 EUR and it is possible no later than 14 days before the festival. If you need to change your name directly at the festival, that is also possible. You can do so at the Cashier's Office, where you will also pay the name change fee (which is higher on site). In the case of Let It Roll Winter, it is necessary to contact the customer support of the ticketing company from which the ticket was purchased, i.e. Ticketportal or Ticketmaster. NOTE: It is not possible to change the name on Combo Tickets. 

Buy the ticket of your choice and then contact us by e-mail at info@beatworx.cz with a request to issue a gift voucher, which you can print and wrap in an envelope as a gift. In the e-mail, please include the Booking reference number and the name to which you want to issue the voucher. 

Visitors who present their ZTP/P (or level III disability) card and a valid festival ticket at the festival are allowed to bring an assistant for free. He or she will receive a free ticket at the accreditation desk. This exemption does not apply to holders of a Disabled Persons Pass (or level II disability). 

ACCOMODATION

Are you looking forward to camping with other Immortalz and watching sunrises from your tent? Then don't forget to purchase a Camping Ticket. This is an absolute essential for all forms of camping at the festival. Without it, you won't get into any of the campsites. Unlike the festival ticket, the camping ticket is not tied to a name, so it doesn't matter if it has the name of the friend who made the booking on it. 

If you have your own tent that you can't get enough of and an inseparable group of friends with whom you want to set up your own camp, the Camping Ticket will be enough and you don't have to worry about anything else. Immortal camp is the right one for you.

Do you prefer order to chaos and you want to secure your spot in the camp? You can buy a parcel for a tent at Spot Camp on top of your Camping ticket. Whether you're camping alone in your tent or need a pitch for 4 more of your friends' tents, you only need one pitch (there are two sizes available to buy) to share with your group. Remember, you all need a Camping Ticket. This is an absolute essential for all forms of camping at the festival. You won't get into any of the campsites without it. How you get on with each other is up to you.

If you would like to have a safe place to keep all your valuables during the festival, we recommend booking a Lockerbox.

Renting set-up tents TENT INN

Are you coming to the festival from afar and don't want to lug all your camping gear? Or do you just want to treat yourself to some comfort and save yourself the trouble of setting up a tent? You can buy one of our pre-made tents on top of your Camping Ticket. 

Are you going alone or with a partner? Then you might be happy with one of the Tent Inn tents, which is just right for 2 people. You may also find our range of extras such as an air mattress or lockerbox useful. Maybe even a cold beer would come in handy. You'll find everything in the Extras section.


Chill Village / Bell Tent rental

Going out with a group and wanting to have enough space to chill together during the day? Buy a Bell Tent / Bell Tent Grande on top of your Camping Tickets and there will be a tent ready for you at the festival to fit everyone. The Bell Tent is a pre-built luxury tent with facilities for up to 5/7 people in a separate part of the campsite (Chill Village). The tent includes a rubber floor, linen mattresses, pillows, lighting, entrance carpet and a hanger. A refundable deposit of 1000 CZK / 20 Bolts is required at reception upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded at check-out, also at reception, it cannot be returned after the festival. Each person staying at the festival must be a Camp Ticket holder. Blankets and lockers can be ordered in the Extras section or rented from reception. Please note that capacity is limited. The camp has a 24/7 reception where you can charge your electronic devices. Each visitor is responsible for cleaning their rented tent or camping area before departure. 

At Immortal Camp, you can camp next to each other however you’d like. There is no one who will assign your spots.

If you want to camp next to each other in the other camps (Spot, Car & Tent, Caravan Spot, Tent Inn, or Bell Tent), we recommend that the first group to arrive at the festival have all the tickets for that specific campsite with them.

However, based on previous years, you can simply inform the staff at the reception that you have more people coming later for additional spots, and they will allow you to camp next to each other IF POSSIBLE.

Are you planning to combine your visit to the festival with exploring the capital of the Czech Republic? Or do you just live in Prague or around Milovice and don't feel like camping?

If you are planning to spend the night in Prague, you can use our shuttle buses that will take you to and from the festival every day.

Are the times of the Shuttle buses to Prague inconvenient for you? You can use our taxi service. Taxi services to surrounding villages will be available for purchase at the festival.

If you want to travel from Prague on your own, we recommend the train from Masaryk Station to Milovice. You can find the connection on idos.cz. There will be a shuttle service between the Milovice train station and the festival grounds (tickets can be purchased directly on the bus, payment by card or cash in CZK currency is possible). 


FESTIVAL AREA

The map of the festival will be available approximately 2 weeks before the festival. We recommend downloading the Woov app before the festival, where you can find a lot more besides the map and schedule, be up to date and stay in touch with other Immortalz during the festival. 

The shower area is located on the runway between the campsites and is open to everyone 24 hours a day for the duration of the festival. There is a charge for one-time use of the showers. The cost is 1,2 BLT. During the day, there will also be a Glow-up Zone next to the shower area where you can put on make-up, dry your hair, etc. There will be mirrors, hair dryers and everything else will be taken care of by our partner Gabriella Salvete.

As we look for ways to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we've replaced the chemical toilets with ceramic flush toilets, which you'll find across the festival grounds. Please keep them clean, we care about your comfort and most importantly do not throw anything in them as this can cause the entire toilet container to clog. 

There are free drinking water taps in the area and on the campsite. It is possible to bring empty plastic bottles of up to 0.5l to the music venue to fill up with water inside the venue. For safety reasons, bottles must be empty upon entry. We do not allow glass bottles throughout the festival grounds, including the campsites.

The washable cup scheme applies to 0.5l, 0.4 and 0.3l cups (including those for hot drinks). The cup is backed up by 1.4 Bolts deposit from the cashless wristband, which will be deducted from your first purchase. Each visitor can only return as many cups as they have purchased for their wristband. Otherwise, the payment wristband will be blocked and the visitor must visit the info booth. When returning an undeleted cup, the original amount will be loaded back onto the cashless wristband. You will not find plastic straws or disposable plastic utensils at the festival. All materials are 100% compostable.

At Let It Roll you will find two large food zones (on the runway and in the music area) offering a variety of products for omnivores, vegetarians and vegans. There are also several bars and cafes on site. There will be a non-stop bar on the runway throughout the festival. The NFC tron app will allow you to rate individual transactions, so feel free to add a review to help us select stallholders for future editions. If you have a specific diet or way of eating, we also recommend partially pre-stocking so you don't go hungry during the festival. You can bring unlimited amounts of food into the campsite.

First of all, thank you for respecting the security check at the entrance to the festival and the music area. They ensure the safety of us all. 


- It is forbidden to bring your own food and drink, full camelbacks, narcotics and addictive substances, or weapons of any kind into the music area of the festival. It is possible to bring in empty plastic bottles of up to 0.5l, which can be filled with drinking water in the music area. 


- It is forbidden to bring glass bottles, aggregates, gas burners and other explosive substances, tools and material for building "homemade" unsecured structures - tarpaulins, wooden poles, etc. There is a strict ban on bringing in any kind of weapons. 


- It is possible to bring a 3x3m party tent to the campsite, which must be of scissor construction and must be well secured. In case of bad weather (strong winds) you may be asked to fold up the gazebos. Please respect the security instructions. This is for the safety of us all.


- A maximum of 20 beers and 1l of hard liquor or 1l of wine per person (in plastic only) may be brought into the camping area only once. This will be checked at the entrance. These limits include beer purchased in advance which will be available for pick up at the festival Rollin Store. You may bring your own food into the campsite in unlimited quantities. 


- As a reminder, there is a zero tolerance policy for addictive substances in the Czech Republic.


- It is possible to bring pocket-sized speakers into the campsite, however, from 6am to 12pm(noon) there is a quiet period in the campsite - please be considerate of your neighbors who want to sleep and restrain from playing any music from your own devices, cars, speakers. 


- No animals are allowed to enter the grounds and campsites (landowner's regulation). 


- There is a strict no-fire policy throughout the site, including the campsites and car park, except for designated barbecue areas. Only grills in metal containers are allowed there. Please also be cautious when smoking and dispose of cigarette butts in a responsible manner.

You can rent a power bank for your mobile phone or charge your phones and cameras at the runway square (by the runway lockers/check-in). Power banks "purchased" in the pre-sale will be available for pick up at the reception of the TENT INN campsite. You will also be able to charge your devices at the CHILL VILLAGE reception.

This year it will be possible to check your blood alcohol level with a breathalyzer. This service will be available for a fee at the Customer Care stall on the runway. If you know you will be driving, do not consume alcohol or any other addictive substances that may affect your perception. If you don't feel like driving, postpone, rest, eat. Safety first.

Please help us to properly sort festival waste into the appropriate bins at the green points located around the festival grounds (plastic, aluminum, glass, bio waste - compost, gastro waste - food scraps). You can also get rid of unwanted camping equipment at the information stand, which will be handed over to the charity and homeless people. 


Every visitor with a camping pass will receive a garbage bag upon entering the site. We ask all visitors to clean up after themselves before leaving the festival. If you need an additional bag, please ask for one at the information booth. 


Do not throw away cigarette butts. Ashtrays will be placed by the bins.

There is a main emergency and fire station on the runway. The location is marked on the map. During the event (Wednesday-Sunday), a non-stop helpline will be available to the visitors at +420734792970. Please feel free to also contact security or contact us, the organizers, directly via social networks Instagram and Facebook. Don't exceed your limits, drink plenty of water, eat well and don't forget to rest properly.

In the festival area you will also find the Hard & Smart stall, a preventive-intervention relaxation zone. If you don't know them yet, you can stop by and see them when:

- you feel like the party is too much and you want to chat with someone

- you want to replenish your fluids and minerals

- eat some fresh fruit

- need condoms or a chewing gum

- you just want to chill


So make sure you come see them!

CASHLESS

  • A festival wallet.
  • A secure method of payment at all sales points at the festival.
  • A payment method that allows you to have perfect control over your spending and pay within seconds simply by tapping the chip to the sales device.
  • A chip festival wristband that serves as a ticket, granting visitors access to the summer festival area and movement within it.
  1. Upon entering the festival area, you will be given a festival wristband with a chip at the wristband station.
  2. At the top-up station, you can load money onto your wristband (if you haven't done it online in advance). The first on-site top-up is subject to a fee of 50 CZK, and the minimum top-up amount is 100 CZK. You can pay with cash or card. If you preloaded the wristband online, your money will be automatically transferred to the wristband after connecting the ticket and wristband. There is NO one-time fee of 50 CZK for online preloading.
  3. Download the NFCtron festival app (android | ios), scan the activated chip, and track your spending even more conveniently! With the app, you can also rate your orders, receive notifications about completed payments, and, after the event ends, easily request a refund of the remaining credit back to your bank account within 14 days.
  4. After each order, the vendor will show you the remaining balance. You can also check your spending in the NFCtron mobile app simply by scanning the chip.

You can top up your credit online for free before the event at no charge.

Enter the number of your festival ticket, the ticket holder's name, and top up your money (the minimum top-up amount is 100 CZK).

For an even better event experience, download the NFCtron mobile app, scan the activated chip, and track your spending even more conveniently! (android | ios). With the app, you can also rate orders with stars and comments, providing us with feedback for future editions. 

After the event ends, you can easily request a refund of the remaining credit back to your bank account within 14 days.

The app is available on App Store and Google Play. NFC technology in your phone is required for full app functionality.


After the event, simply request a refund of unused Bolts in the NFCtron app. 

Just scan the chip, click on REQUEST A REFUND, and follow the instructions. 

If you prefer not to download the app, request a receipt with a QR code at the top-up station. Scan the code, and you will see the option to return your credit directly on the main card. The request is processed within 14 working days.


Refund rules Refunding of unused credit is automatically controlled by the system. Your request may be temporarily denied, and you may be asked to explain the request in the following cases:

  • Repeating the same bank account across more than 3 requests.
  • A significant difference between the returned cups and the paid deposits.
  • Less than 2 completed transactions at the event. NFCtron does not collect any personal data; all information is used solely to pay the remaining credit to the bank account once.

TRANSPORT

We offer Shuttle buses from Prague or Taxi that will take you directly to the festival. You can buy tickets in the Travel section.

In cooperation with our transfer partner we also prepared a new travel service for you - DOOR TO DOOR PRIVATE TRANSFERS. The driver will pick you up directly at your door and drive you directly to the festival entrance. No more hustling with public transport, airports, checking for cabs etc. And… you can start partying already on the way. For more information, please see their website.

PLATFORMS

Platforms will be marked with LIR flags 30 minutes before the arrival of the bus. The time indicated in the timetable is the arrival time of the bus at the stop. Due to the limited space and the higher number of buses, a maximum of 2 buses can be handled at a time. However, we know from the experience of the past years that despite possible complications caused by regular checks of the Police of the Czech Republic and the customs administration, the check-in of all buses does not take more than an hour. Unfortunately, it is not in our power to influence these complications in any way.

Kindly, if taking the bus, be considerate with your luggage. The luggage space in a bus is not inflatable and is calculated for 1 pc of checked in luggage per person.


PLATFORM POSITION WILSONOVA STREET

The platform is located on Wilsonova Street right at the exit from the Hl. station.

The platform is located in the second row of bus platforms between Terminal 1 and the car park.

For this year, we have 2 different tickets, one starting the first shuttle and ending the last shuttle at the main train station, the other one starts and ends at the airport. The shuttles on Friday and Saturday start and end at the main train station for both variants

Both ticket types are also indefinitely valid on the LIR-Milovice-LIR shuttle buses.


MULTIPLE BUS TICKET - PRAGUE CENTRE

This ticket is valid for the following connections:

  • Thursday August 1st: 16:00 - Prague Wilsonova - LIR,

  • Friday August 2nd: LIR - Prague Wilsonova ul. 05:00, Wilsonova ul. - LIR 16:00,

  • Saturday August 3rd: LIR - Wilsonova ul. 05:00, Wilsonova ul. - LIR 16:00,

  • Sunday August 4th: LIR - Wilsonova ul. 05:00.

  • The ticket is also valid indefinitely on the LIR-Milovice-LIR shuttle buses.

If you are interested in another connection, you need to purchase it as an individual ticket


MULTIPLE BUS TICKET – PRAGUE VACLAV HAVEL AIRPORT

This ticket is valid for the following connections:

  • Thursday August 1st: 15:00 - Prague Václav Havel Airport - LIR,

  • Friday August 2nd: LIR - Prague Wilsonova ul. 05:00, Wilsonova ul. - LIR 16:00,

  • Saturday August 3rd: LIR - Wilsonova ul. 05:00, Wilsonova ul. - LIR 16:00,

  • Sunday August 4th: LIR - Václav Havel Airport 06:00.

  • The ticket is also valid indefinitely on the LIR-Milovice-LIR shuttle buses.

If you are interested in another connection, you need to purchase it as an individual ticket.

If you are planning to travel to the festival on your own, here are some tips: 


AIRPLANE

We recommend heading to Václav Havel Airport in Prague, from where you can purchase the LIR Shuttle bus that will take you directly to the festival. Alternatively, it is possible to use public transport to the city center and then take the train from Masaryk Station in Prague to Milovice station (Nymburk district). You can find the connection on idos.cz. There will be a shuttle service between the Milovice train station and the festival grounds (tickets can be purchased directly on the bus, payment by card or cash in CZK currency is possible).


BUS TOURS

If you are coming to the festival from one of the neighboring countries and would like to travel with other Immortalz, you can use our Bus Tours service that departs from several major European cities.


CAR/CARAVAN

If you are traveling to the festival by car, the coordinates are 50.2381661N, 14.9097592E. You will come across festival signs around the festival that will point you in the right direction. If you plan to park in the festival area, be sure to purchase a Parking ticket. This also applies to motorbikes. It is possible to leave the parking lot as needed during the festival. For safety reasons, it is not possible to sleep in cars in the parking lot. 

Are you arriving by caravan, van or car and planning to stay overnight? Then the Car camp is the right place for you. If you need electricity to operate your caravan, we recommend the Caravan Spot (9 x 5 m). If you are coming in a car and would prefer to pitch a tent next to it, choose the Car & Tent Spot (9 x 3 m). Both spots can be shared with a group of friends, just remember that each of you must have your own Camping Ticket.


BUS & TRAIN

It is possible to get to Milovice (Nymburk district) by a train or a bus. We recommend the train from Masaryk station to Milovice. 

There will be a shuttle bus service between the Milovice train station and the festival grounds (tickets can be purchased directly on the bus, payment by card or cash in CZK currency is possible). 

The shuttle between Milovice and the festival will run at the following times : 

Wednesday 31.7.   13.00-22.00

Thursday 1.8.         10.00-23.00

Friday 2.8.              6.00-23.00

Saturday 3.8.         6.00-23.00

Sunday 4.8.           5.00-14.00


BIKE

Have you decided to choose the most ecological route and come to the festival by bike? No problem. A bicycle rack will be available to you, the location will be the same as last year - at the Shuttle bus platform. Don't forget to pack your own lock.
