Your festival ticket will appear in your EASOL account 2 weeks before the festival and you will get it via mail as well.
Tickets are tied to the name. Therefore, every visitor must have a festival ticket with their name on it when they arrive at the festival. The name on the ticket can be changed for a fee if necessary. A request to change the name on the ticket can be sent to info@beatworx.cz no later than 14 days before the start of the event. t.
Our tickets are not refundable and it is not possible to return them. If you are not able to visit the event, you can try to sell your ticket via Ticketswap. We are not recommending buying or selling the ticket from any other third part to avoid scammers.
COMBO ticket is a ticket that includes entrance to both of our festivals in 2024 (LET IT ROLL Winter and LET IT ROLL Summer) with a special price. These tickets cannot be resale or renamed after the Winter edition. We are planning to start a presale of these in the middle of October 2024.

All our LET IT ROLL events are accessible from the age of 18 and there are no exceptions.
We do not provide any accommodation services as part of LET IT ROLL Winter. If you want to stay in Prague, you should find a place to stay by yourself.
Yes! We have more camping options at the summer festival. We will share detailed information once we start selling tickets for LET IT ROLL 2024.
Yes, this is definitely an option. You can use our shuttle buses for daily transport to the festival and back to Prague.
We can share the final timetable of the event one or two weeks before the festival.The line-up is updated step by step on our socials and website.
Usually, we have a woov app for each event, where you can find all the info and also updates regarding the line-up changes etc. The app is available in the week before the festival.
