Welcome to the Let It Roll festival volunteer program info page! We’re thrilled you’re considering joining the team behind the world’s leading drum and bass festival. Volunteering means you'll experience the event in a unique way—fun, music, and a bit of work during your scheduled shifts. Please read through all the details below before filling out the application form.
As a volunteer, you’ll work three shifts over the course of the festival. Each one lasts 6–8 hours, depending on your role. This can vary based on the nature of work.
When you’re off-duty, you’re free to enjoy the festival and have fun just like any other Immortal! Your volunteer experience kicks off with accreditation, quick briefing and safety training.
Once your last shift wraps up, you’re free to head home or keep the party going if you like! The tasks are not physically demanding and are more about offering support to the festival operations. You’ll stick to one specific role, and we’ll make sure you’re fully briefed on what to do.
We’ll provide you with a spot in the crew camp, but remember to bring your own camping gear—tent, sleeping bag, chair, etc. You will also have access to showers and all the hygienic equipment available.
Each day, you’ll get two hot meals and access to water. Feel free to bring along your own snacks and drinks, too. To join, you must be 18+ on your arrival date and be able to communicate in English.
You are expected to arrive already on Wednesday (30.7.) for a briefing and safety training, except for a merch team that starts already on Tuesday (29.7.).
Applications are submitted through a form. It’s important that you read all the sections on this page before filling out the form, as you need to be well-informed prior to applying. In the form, each volunteer is required to select two preferred roles, based on the information provided in the “Roles” section. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be assigned your preferred role. You will also be asked to upload a short video explaining your motivation for volunteering.
If you would like to join the volunteer program with a friend, include their name and the email address they’ll be using to sign up, so we can try to place you in the same team or give you shifts during the same time periods, allowing you to enjoy the festival together.
All volunteers are required to pay a deposit, which will be refunded approximately 14 days after the festival ends. This deposit serves as a guarantee that you will attend your assigned shifts and follow the festival guidelines.
Please note: if a volunteer seriously violates the rules, the deposit will not be refunded.
You will be asked to pay the deposit only after you are chosen as a volunteer.
In case you already have a festival ticket, we will contact you about the next steps.
The selection process will take a few weeks as we carefully choose the most suitable candidates and assign roles accordingly. Once the selection is complete, the chosen candidates will be contacted via email with further information. Please note that if a selected volunteer does not complete the deposit process, we will select another volunteer to take their place.
